Cellular Data Resources @ the Chicago Police Training Academy In this two day, hands on session, you will be given a crime to investigate and a set of Call Detail Records for your suspect. Call Detail Records (CDRs) are the non-voice records of every phone call a cell phone makes or receives. You will learn to read and analyze the records and to plot the records onto a map. The course ends with you presenting your completed analysis to the rest of the class. Mapping Software is Included, but you need to bring your own laptop with Word and Excel. Directions Google Map of Chicago Police Training Academy Google Directions from MFW09 (O'Hare Marriott to Chicago Police Training Academy) Ride the Blue Line to the Chicago Police Training Academy From the O'Hare Marriott take the Blue Line at the Cumberland Stop. Ride the Blue Line to the Racine Stop. This will take you through the downtown area and then start out West of the loop. You need to get off at the Racine Stop, from there walk North for about a block to a block and a half. Then walk West on Jackson Blvd for a block to the Chicago Police Training Academy. Note: this Training is at the Chicago Police Training Academy (unless noted otherwise)!
